DK2010 CNC TURNING UNIT

Model DK2010 efficient CNC lathe is ideal for turning motorcycle and automotive chucked-type parts and textile machinery chucked-type parts. Symmetrically located double spindles and double turrets make the lathe compact. Turning and drillings requested on a workpiece can be finished on one single lathe. Equipped with loading/unloading manipulator and stock magazine, the lathe can operate itself or be linked into a production line achieving complete turning and work transmission automation and unmanned operations. The spindle clamp adopts the functions of blowing and water mixed blowing to ensure reliable and accurate clamping of parts. Equipped with 7MPa high-pressure cooling. It has a better chip breaking effect and avoids scrap winding. Rapid tool change is realized by using CAPTO tool holder.
