Introduction:
This lathe is able to perform internal/external cylindrical turning, taper turning and other sort of turnings, facing, threading such as Metric, Inch, Module and D.P threads; drilling, reaming, tapping and grooving, etc.
Features
(1) Distortion resistant horizontal bed made of quality cast iron; induction hardened guide way, 560mm wide span.
(2) Mating part of the guide way stuck with teflon tape is wearable, shock proof and accuracy lasting.
(3) The spindle is in three support design, high rigid, high accurate and able to perform heavy cut. Diameter of spindle thru-hole is Φ105mm.
(4) Wide range of 14 step speeds always allows selecting desired speed.
(5) Direct cutting of metric and inch threads.
(6) The spindle can be rotated in jogging mode. Braking is quick.
