BJTL16 high-pressure oil pump drive unit camshaft intelligent production line consists of 4 CK7520C CNC lathes, 4 VMC850L vertical machining centers, 3 domestic robots, materials storage, material transfer table, workpiece material channel, hydraulic (pneumatic) fixtures and so on. The intelligent production line of the high-pressure oil pump drive unit camshaft has a compact overall layout and a small footprint. The cloud service platform, the intelligent technology platform and the production process visualization platform equipped with the numerical control system can realize the automatic processing of the mixed line of the camshaft parts from the blank to the finished product. The intelligent machine production line of domestic machine tools and domestic CNC systems reaches 100%, and the key process capability index CPK value is ≥1.67, which greatly saves labor costs. The annual output of camshaft parts can reach 200,000 pieces, and the machine tool MTBF reaches 1500 hours or more. The pass rate is over 98%. It is suitable for turning and milling automatic machining of short shaft parts for mechanical equipment such as automobiles, motorcycles and textile machinery.
