HW22 WHEEL HUB VERTICAL MACHINING LATHE

HW22 CNC lathe is a fully functional CNC lathe specially designed for turning aluminum alloy wheel hubs in the automotive and motorcycle industries. The main body of the machine adopts the integral 45-degree slant bed structure made with high strength cast iron, which has high rigidity and good stability in high-speed machining. The machine is equipped with FANUC OI-TF(1) high-performance NC system. The longitudinal and cross guideways are trusted, and the main drive system is driven by a synchronous belt, which improves the processing accuracy and high-speed feed performance. Large flow cooling system and water curtain chip-flushing system can quickly remove the heat generated in processing parts, and make the chip removal more smoothly.
